Mary Haus Obituary

Mary Adeline Schmidt Haus passed away February 14, 2021 at St. Patrick’s Hospital in Missoula, Montana. She lived at Millcreek from 1965-1985. She worked at the Anaconda Smelter until it closed. Mary moved to Minnesota with her husband until she retired. After she retired, she moved back to Anaconda to be close to friends and family.

Mary was well known for her contagious smile and warm friendly manner. She made beautiful afghans and tooled purses, wallets, belts and rifle scabbards out of leather. Mary loved to visit family and friends. She like to take trips and go camping.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Larry Thomas Haus, her son Thomas Andrew Haus and two grandchildren Adam Ulrich and Tristan Haus.

Mary leaves behind three daughters, Irene M. Haus Stark and husband Kenny Stark, Kay L. Haus Ulrich and husband Vern Ulrich and Karen A. Haus Hancock and husband Dana Hancock.

Mary was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Services will be announced at a later date for friends and family to say their final goodbyes.
