Linda Forkan 72, gained her angel wings after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Linda was the third daughter born to Thomas and Doris Blaz of Anaconda on August 12, 1952. Linda grew up in Anaconda and was a proud member of the Anaconda High school class of 1970. Linda was blessed with three children whom she loved and adored. She never quit being their biggest cheerleader even in her final days. Linda married the love of her life in 2000, Jerold Forkan. They would have been celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary this year. Linda and Jerold had a wonderful relationship and were happily joined at the hip. They both had successful careers working at Anaconda Deerlodge county for most of their marriage and retired from there together. Linda courageously battled cancer over the last several years and took it head on with Jerold by her side to fight for more time with her family. There was nothing better in her life than being with her kids and grandkids. She loved all of them fiercely and fought a valiant fight. Sadly, we are left without her to heal our broken hearts. She left a void in all of us that will never be the same. Her smile was electric and she loved all that knew her completely. Linda is survived by her loving husband Jerold Forkan of Anaconda, Daughter Lisa (Doug)Tuckman, Son Jon (Lija) Devine and Son Jason(Jessica) Devine. Grand kids Quin Tuckman, Brent (Emily) Devine, Hayley Devine, Charli and Sammi Devine all of Seattle, WA. Sister Judy Bowman, Sister Margaret (Larry) Bock of Silverdale, WA, and Brother David (Judy) of Anaconda. Brother's in law John (Helen) Forkan of Butte, Kevin (Donna) Forkan of Lincoln and Kirk (Debbie) Forkan of Anaconda. And a whole bunch of Nephews, Nieces and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Tom and Doris Blaz, In-Laws Jack and Dixie Forkan, Brother Tom and wife Debbie Blaz, Brother Terry and wife Georgia Blaz. Brother in-law William Bowman, and Nephews Tommy Blaz, Tom Biggs. Per Linda's wishes there will be no services. The family asks in lieu of flowers all donations be made to Anaconda Hospice Services. They provided loving care to her in her final days, and we will be eternally grateful for them. Until we see your beautiful face again, we will miss you everyday
