Judy P. Knapp of Lewistown, Montana, passed away from Covid-19 complications on October 4, 2021. She was at peace and is now in the loving arms of her lord and savior.
Judy was loved by all who knew her. Her stories would make you laugh and cry and feel a part of something bigger. She treasured life and was loyal to family and friends. She was extremely intelligent and funny and loved her family deeply. Judy also enjoyed riding horses, playing cards (always winning), making new friends, and cooking. If you were lucky to hear her sing you probably remember her happy voice and big smile.
She was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana on January 18, 1951, to Teresa and John Paul Morris. She attended the College of Great Falls, where she met her first husband Ken Knapp. They made their home in Lewistown, raised their daughters, and though didn’t stay married – stayed lifelong friends. Judy was a hard worker and a jack of all trades but was most known for her time as an accountant.
Judy was a mother, a Mimi and a great-grandmother. She is survived by her brother John P. Morris (Ginger) of Fairfield, California, her daughter Joy Kummer (Todd), granddaughter Ashton Gustuson (Erik) and great-granddaughters Neea and Freya of Oakland, California; and daughter Teresa Larsen (Mike), granddaughter Terah Dayedes (Jordan), great granddaughter Novalie of Lewistown, Montana; as well as many extended family members who loved her.
