John William Taylor, 74, passed away unexpectedly August 7th, 2023, at his home in Green Valley, Arizona. He was born in Spokane, Washington on April 2nd, 1949. He was the son of Bill and Lillian Taylor (Johnson).
John graduated from Anaconda High School, class of 1968. Following graduation, he served in the US Navy in Vietnam. Upon discharge, he married Rhonda Tiedemann and they settled in Pocatello, Idaho where John retired from the US Postal Service in 2003. John and Rhonda resided in Green Valley, Arizona until the time of his passing.
John was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his two children Lindsay (Daniel Marshall) of Alaska, and Dustin Taylor of Idaho and three grandchildren Tailynn Miller, Clark and Cyrus Taylor.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, August 18th consisting of a Visitation and Viewing in the Longfellow Finnegan Riddle Funeral Home Chapel, 107 Oak St., Anaconda, MT at 11 a.m. A Graveside Service will follow at 12 p.m. at New Hill Cemetery, Stumptown Rd, Anaconda, MT.
