Billy Dean July 14, 1938- July 26, 2017 Beloved uncle, valued friend, avid hunter and fisherman extraordinaire. Bill served in the Navy for many years, which allowed him to fish all over the world, but East Fork had the best fishin' he'd ever found. We know he's reeling in those big trout now.
