Richard Arnold Fisher

Richard (Rick) A, Fisher passed away December 12, 2020 at his residence in Anaconda, Rick would have turned 56 this year on Christmas day, born in Anaconda. Rick had numerous jobs throughout his life. He worked as a maintenance man, drove truck, his latest job was a cashier at West Thriftway in Anaconda until he was forced to quit in July due to health issues. Rick had quite a sense of humor, was a jolly ole soul, always making people laugh. His favorite saying was "How ya do1?" Rick loved everyone, was quite the social butterfly. Rick enjoyed spending most of his time with his best friend Mike Duffey who he knew since they were in grade school. Rick enjoyed going camping with Mike and his brother Roy. Loved going on a bike ride with Mike whenever he could. Loved singing all the time. Used to sing karaoke with his sister Ethel in the local bars.

Rick is going to be dearly missed by all. Rick married Shelly Sichting in Libby. During their marriage they had one son, Sam. They were later divorced. Rick has one grandson, William born in 2017. Rick was so proud to be a grandpa.

Rick was preceded in death by his grandparents Alvin and Edith Meyer who he very much loved and admired and his mother Elaine Fisher.

Rick is survived by his son Sam and grandson William, his best friend Mike Duffey and his brother Roy, brothers Willis Fisher and Warren Fisher, sisters Edith Fisher and Ethel (Rick) Massey, numerous nieces and nephews who he was a great uncle to all.

Funeral services will be held at Longfellow Funeral home Saturday, December 19 at 2:00 pm, with Phil Masters officiating, masks are required. There will be visitation one hour before services. Burial service will follow about 3:15 pm at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. Donations can be made to any heart and/or diabetes foundation.
