Phyllis Beth (Eccleston) Coty, passed away to join her husband Calvin L. Coty on Monday, January 29th, 2018, in Anaconda, MT. She was born to Amos Clyde and Beth Eccleston on Friday, February 13th, 1931, in Anaconda. She was the oldest of 7 children. She was raised, educated, and graduated in 1948, in Anaconda. After graduation she moved to Missoula, where she met and married Harry P. Koski. They moved to Helena and had 2 children, Jeri and Kory. They later divorced. While still in Helena, she met and married Calvin L. Coty on June 29th, 1974. Calvin has 3 children, Mike, Sharon and Alan. Both worked for the State of Montana and were transferred to Butte, eventually living in Ramsay. They retired in 1995 and built their retirement home at Eccleston Bay, Georgetown Lake. Phyllis enjoyed living at Georgetown Lake and had many activities, including collecting bells, dolls, beanie babies, playing cards, gardening, Red Hat Society get togethers, Habit for Humanity, Garden Club, QVC shopping, reading, cross stitching, crocheting, and traveling. Phyllis leaves behind children, Jeri (Ron Childree) of Havre, Kory (Jacquie) of Missoula, Mike (Yufang) of Anaconda, Sharon (Ivan) of Omaha, NE, and Alan (Trinity) of Ashton, ID. Sisters, Meris Hatfield of Mercer Island, WA and Sheryl Hungate of Dillon, brothers, Gary (Cindy) of Mathews, SC and Carl (Kay) of Anaconda, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, uncles, Dale Eccleston and Robert "Bobby Earl" (Cathy) Eccleston both of Anaconda, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin, her sisters, Janet Manley and Brenda Morstein, brother-in-law's John Manley, Arland Hatfield, Walt Hungate and Bert Coty and a grandson, Kyle. Phyllis has been cremated and will be laid to rest next to Calvin in Anaconda. The family would like to thank all the staff of the Community Nursing Home of Anaconda for all their wonderful care of Phyllis. Instead of donations or memories, please tell a family member you love them, do something nice for a neighbor or adopt a pet.
