Onalee Mcnaughton

Onaleee Grace Lucier McNaughton passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 7, 2022, at the Community Nursing Home of Anaconda. She was 80 years old.

She was preceded in death by her parents Louie and Grace Lucier, brother Wayne Lucier, sister Arlene Beausoleil and her husband Richard McNaughton.

Onalee is survived by her three children, Sherri Ladenburg (Mark), Cindy Boyle (Andy) and her son Rick McNaughton, three grandsons Andrew Ladenburg, Christopher (Sara) Ladenburg and Lane Boyle, four great grandchildren, Veronica, Hunter, Cadence and Aiden (Christopher and Sara), as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Mom started her career working in the kitchen at the nursing home in 1970. She worked her way up to Dietary Manager, working until her retirement in 2006.

Mom was very active in Search and Rescue, becoming a lifetime member. She was also active with the Eagles. She became a Golden Eagle member. Mom enjoyed playing dominos and was a member of the Red Hat’s club, which she attended with her sister Arlene.

She will sadly be missed by her family and friends, also her dogs Tazzi, Petey and Patches.

No service is planned. Burial will take place at a later date, as well as a luncheon.
