Nathaniel Eli Christensen

Nathaniel Eli Christensen, 42, of Philipsburg, MT, died on June 17, in Missoula. Funeral services were held June 22 in Philipsburg. Nate was born January 13, 1971 to William and Sharon (LeFevre) Christensen, in Butte. He grew up on the family ranch south of Philipsburg, and attended grade school and high school in Philipsburg. After graduation, he attended college at Western in Dillon. He also worked on his great uncle's ranch, the Carey Ranch, south of Philipsburg. He was a lover of animals, particularly cats. Throughout his adult life, he struggled with bipolar disorder. He is survived by his grandmother Eva LeFevre, mother Sharon and father Bill, brothers Joel and Josh, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Memorials may be made to Pintler Pets in Anaconda or Give Pets a Chance in Philipsburg.
