Mary (Jackie) Malcom passed away on January 2, 2014 at the Deer Lodge Medical Center.
  Mary was born in The Rhondda Valley Wales on September 1, 1921, at the age of 14 she moved to High Wycombe England and worked various jobs including waitressing and housekeeping. At the outbreak of WWII, Mary survived the Nazi Blitz at Croydon outside of London. During the war she worked at a railway station, bomb factory and The American Headquarters at High Wycombe Abbey.
  During the war she met U.S. Army Staff Sgt. John Malcom and they were married on May 13, 1945. She arrived in the United States as a war bride on April 31, 1946.
  Mary resided in Oregon and Washington before settling in Anaconda in 1949 when John started work for the Anaconda Company. During this time Mary worked as a housekeeper and later worked at Montana State Hospital where she retired. John and Mary divorced and Mary later Married Ray Finley until their divorce.
  She was preceded in death by her parents, her son John and her siblings; Will, Ed, Jack, Trevor, Bett, Sally, Babs, Vi, Gwynn and Eileen.
  Survivors include Son & Daughter-In-Law Barrie & Jean Malcom of Brookings Oregon, Daughter-In-Law Laura Malcom of Anaconda, Grandchildren John Malcom of Oregon, James & Monet Malcom of New Mexico, Eric & Katia Malcom of Tulley, NY, Jamie Malcom of Black Earth, WI, Sean & Kyla Malcom and Great Grandsons; Benjamin of Stevensville, MT, Isaiah and Cross Malcom of Gallup, New Mexico, Kayden of Salem, OR,and great granddaughters; Elisha and Reannan Malcom of Anaconda, along with numerous nieces and nephews in the United States, England, Wales, Australia and South Africa. Jackie was comforted in her final days by the love, prayers and presence of dear friend Laura Smith.
  Cremation has taken place and per Mary's wishes no services will be held.
