Marion "Tony" Louis Wickberg

Marion Louis "Tony" Wickberg died on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at his home in Philipsburg at the age of 87. Marion Wickberg was born on March 30, 1928 in Philipsburg to Ryan and Margaret Wickberg. He joined a sister Mildred and later his sister Patricia. Tony was a rancher all of his life and only left Philipsburg to join the US Army, serving in Germany. He was preceded in death by both parents, later his sister Mildred and her husband Ted Sauer, and by his brother-in-law Clarence Hamilton. He was also preceded in death by his nephew Bob and his wife Kathy Sauer, nephew in law, Gene Febeck and recently by his nephew Dan Hamilton. Tony is survived by his sister Patricia Hamilton of Missoula, niece Judy and her husband Alan Bradley of Missoula and Arizona, nephew Ryan and Amanda Hamilton of Manhattan, nephew, Alan Bradley and his wife Christie of Missoula, nieces, Haley and Ciche Pitcher of Philipsburg, Kelsey and Chris Edwards of Hamilton and great niece Rae Hamilton of Bozeman. Private burial will take place at the Philipsburg Cemetery. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, January 16th at 11:00 at the Philipsburg Museum.
