Louise Elaine Pelly, 71 Louise E. Dimmitt Pelly passed away peacefully at 2:51 a.m., Tuesday March 1, 2016 at the Anaconda Community Hospital surrounded by her family members. She was born April 26, 1944, in Chico Hot Springs, Montana to Evelyn and Glen Dimmitt. She grew up in Colorado, Idaho and Butte, Montana. She also lived in Deer Lodge then made her final permanent home in Opportunity, Montana. She spent her younger days going to school in Butte at the Washington and Grant School and earned her GED. She worked many years caring for people as a CNA. Family was always important to her. She loved holiday gatherings and scrap booking the moments that meant so much to her of her family and friends. She enjoyed traveling with her husband Al in their RV. She enjoyed sightseeing and especially sunsets with her husband and trusted companion dog Chloe. She was preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn Surber Sisneros and Glen Dimmitt; brothers, Charles Dimmitt, Mike (Floyd) Dimmitt Steward; Antonio Sisneros; daughters, Lori Ann Moody, Kathy Simmous; and her dear friend Reba Todd. She has many surviving relatives including her husband Aloysius Pelly; daughter, Kari Moody of Butte; son Larry (Holly) Moody of Utah; brothers, Neil (Alys) Dimmitt of Oklahoma; David (Jan) Graves of Tucson, Arizona; Tony (Jody) Sisneros of Butte; sisters, Sharon (Mike) Brosious of Stevensville, Phyllis (John) Stewart of Anaconda, Gail (Kevin) Coffey of Butte; Aunt Farol Jeanne Surber of California; grandchildren including Savannah, Spencer, Justin, Logan, Emma Rose; and many nieces and nephews. She was also close to her extended family with 18 grandchildren, 11great-grandchildren, and her previous husband Larry Moody and his wife Phyllis. Louise loved and cared for many people that she held close to her heart as family. She was cremated at Longfellow-Finnegan-Riddle Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Her family wishes to have you join us for a pot luck and Celebration of Life to be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the American Legion, 220 Cedar Street in Anaconda, MT. We would like to send our sincere gratitude to all the health care people, the staff at the hospital, Kyle (funeral director), and the many friends who were there for Louise.
