Linda Lee Kelley of Anaconda passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2016 after a brief stay in the Community Hospital of Anaconda.
Linda was born on May 26, 1951 in Deer Lodge to Raymond and Lois (Benz) Kelley. She resided in the Deer Lodge Valley until graduating from Powell County High School in 1969 and then moved to Anaconda.
Linda worked many years for Warm Springs State Hospital until her retirement in 2013. During that time, she cultivated many dear friends. Among them Sheila and Buster Riley, Sue Caddell, and the late Joyce Burch and her family Patrick and Deanne Burch of Spokane, Washington and their two sons, Jacob and Mitch Burch.
Linda's pride and joy was her loving dog Matt who also passed away immediately following her passing and will be interred with her.
Linda is survived by her brother Raymond John Kelley of Gainesville, Georgia, aunt Dorothy Smith of Anaconda, cousins, Bill Kelley of Arizona, Jack Kelley of Texas, Ron Kelley, Deer Lodge, Betty Tiddy of Helena, Dan Kelley of Deer Lodge, Joy Connors of Anaconda, John Terkla of Butte, Joni Costello of Las Vegas, Sue Curn and Aileen Curn of Arlington, Texas.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents and younger brother James Alan Kelley all of Deer Lodge.
Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, August 2nd, at 10:30 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens near Fairmont Hot Springs.
