Laverne Doris Jourdonais

Laverne Doris Jourdonais, 86, was born and raised in Anaconda, MT. Laverne spent 2 years in the US Marine Corp before starting her family. She later joined the US Army Reserves and dedicated over 20 years, where she retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. Laverne had a servants heart, which she exhibited in her dedication as a nurse, both in the military and afterwards as an ICU nurse. She also shared her heart for animals of all kinds, that alone speaks loudly of the kind of heart she carried. She was a tough woman on the outside and a soft heart on the inside.

Laverne was preceeded in death by her parents, Mr Eugene Smith and Mrs Ethel Smith. Her beloved husband of over 60 years, Lucian "Jack" Jourdonais. Her son, Greg Jourdonais. And her son in law, John Bolerjack

She leaves behind her son, Jeff (Debbie) Jourdonais, her daughter Heather and her grandchildren; Blair (Tiffany) Jourdonais, Kristen (Phil) Jourdonais Ritchie, Jaren Jourdonais, Kristina Tchoumak and Celeste Jourdonais, as well as, her six great- grandchildren.
