Kevin Lee Fode

March 11, 1969 — August 10, 2016

Kevin Lee Fode passed away on August 10, 2016, at his sister's residence in Anaconda surrounded by his loved ones at the age of 47. Kevin was born March 11th, 1969 in Anaconda to Earl and Lena Fode. Kevin had no children but had a big family who loved him. He had 10 sisters and 5 brothers. Kevin worked many odd jobs from working in the potato fields in the valley to building fences for people out at Georgetown Lake to selling Smitty's tools with his friends Debbie and Mike Stokan and his last job was working for the Anaconda Cemetery Crew for 7 years until health problems made him resign. In Kevin's younger years he loved to bowl. He was a very good bowler and was close to bowling a 300 game! Kevin loved the great outdoors and going hunting, fishing, and getting firewood with his family. He also liked riding 4-wheelers with his brothers Mike and Mark but the thing he liked the most was going to the JFK and the Owl Bars with his friends and his brother Brent. He also liked going to Alive after Five with his family members. Kevin's favorite football team was the Dallas Cowboys. His best friends were his brothers Mike, Mark and Brent and his sister Cheryl. They were always doing something together. Even if it was just going for a ride and having a few beers, they were always together. But the most important people in Kevin's life were his mother and father. After they died, Kevin never got over it and it hurt him very deeply! Now he is with his parents where he wants to be! Kevin is survived by his family members; Brent (DeeDee) Fode, Mike Fode, Janet (Tom) Synness, Mark (Teresa) Fode, Julie (Dennis) Gwin, Susan (John) Lamb, Earl Jr. (Margaret) Fode, MaryLou (Dave) Hartmann, Cheryl Fayant, Linda Clark and Alvin (Zelma) Fode, all from Anaconda and Peggy (Tom) Harvey of Townsend. With many nieces and nephews and two close family friends, Debbie Mann and Jill Vanisko. Kevin is preceded in death by his parents Lena and Earl Fode Sr., sisters Karen, Brenda and Rita and four nephews; Donald, Anthony, Bob Chenoweth, and Daniel Harvey. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Living Waters Church on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service.
