Joseph Patrick Haffey aged 42 of Anaconda, passed away June 28, 2013, and sailed away to heavenly waters.
  Joe, a kid at heart, was a man of many interests that included a fascination with oceans/rivers, photography, computers, and musical instruments. He had a great love for books, especially baking/cooking, catalogs and electronics.
  He was very proud of his Irish heritage. Joe was a lifelong collector of Star Wars memorabilia, fly-fishing equipment and loved tinkering. He was also an expert at bargain shopping.
  Joe worked for years in retail sales at Barnes and Noble in Cheyenne, Wyoming. A highlight of Joe's working career was at Fairmont Hot Springs as a baker. During his time there, he was well-liked and respected as a conscientious/dedicated employee.
  Joe's family was very important to him. He is survived by his grandmother, Audrey Haffey; father, J. Ray (Sharon) Haffey; mother, Terri (Jack) Smith; brother, Tim (Rebecca) Haffey and their children, Sarah and Bridger Haffey; sister, Annie (Jeff) Yerkich; plus numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
  Joe was a quiet man who would help anyone when called upon. He touched many with his kind, gentle, and compassionate nature. He was definitely unique and had a creative sense of humor. Joe, we will miss you knowing you are sailing in calmer waters.
