James "Jim" Myrick
July 16, 1951 ~ June 2, 2017
James "Jim" Myrick was born on July 16, 1951 to Eleanor Johnson and Jimmie Myrick in Anaconda. He attended and graduated from Anaconda High School.
Following his graduation, he served in the US Army and following his discharge, Jim returned to Anaconda and worked on the hill until it's closure. He attended DeVry University. He then went to work at Galen until it closed as well. He went to Montana Tech and following his graduation he moved to Colorado and went to work for Raytheon. He retired from Raytheon in 2015.
Jim loved his fishing and wood working. He was an avid fly tier and also made fishing poles.
Jim is survived by his mother Eleanor, his siblings Edward Myrick, Betty (Chad) Ballman and Bill Johnson, his two nephews Cody and Wyatt Ballman and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father Jimmie, grandparents Edward and Katherine Corcoran, three uncles George, William and Leo Corcoran, his aunt Margaret Woods and cousins Bob Woods and Peggy Varner.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church on Monday, June 19, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Anaconda Food Bank, P.O. Box 1280, Anaconda, MT 59711.
