Jade Thomas Green

With a smile that radiated like sunshine, eyes as bright as the "Big Sky", a heart as big as the mountains he explored and arms that reached out to everyone, Jade Thomas Green, age 24 of Anaconda, MT, left this world doing what he loved- enjoying the outdoors snowmobiling with his buddies. Jade was born on March 23, 1995 in Butte, MT. He attended Anaconda High School, and Graduated Montana Tech with a degree in Business Management and Finance. He gave new meaning to the word "friend" as he would embrace anyone he met and consider them a friend. Jade lived life to its fullest having an agenda each and every day always offering a helping hand. One item on Jades agenda was always time with mom bringing true meaning to the phrase "Mama's Boy" with genuine love for his sister and girlfriend. Jade so enjoyed hunting with his father, snowmobiling, side by side rides and mountain biking. He held various jobs in the community throughout his young life and was currently employed at Montana Recourses Incorporated in Butte, Montana. Jade is survived by his parents Richard and Nicole (Verlanic) Green, his big sis Teryn Green and his dear girlfriend Page Mazurkiewicz; Grandparents Harry and Marilou (Smith) Verlanic, numerous aunts and uncles; Jake and Shauna Verlanic, Sheila and Buster Riley, Allen and Steph Green, Ken Green, Myrna Green, Barb and Jerry Mee, Ann and Bob Morani and a clan of cousins. Jade was preceded in death by his grandparents Babe and Marian (Hess) Green his two great grandmothers; Alice Verlanic and Sylvia Smith. Funeral mass will be held Monday, January 6th at 10:30 am. at Holy Family Church in Anaconda. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers the family would ask that donations be made to the Anaconda Snowmobile Club, 45 Fire Lane, Anaconda, MT 59711 or the Marybeth Hess Nursing Scholarship fund.
