Faye Adeline Hoehne

Faye Adeline Hoehne, 85 passed away in Missoula on Friday, May 9, 2014. She was born August 15, 1928 in Ft. Benton, Montana to Ernest and Isabella (Gall) Graham. Shortly after birth the family moved to Rock Lake, North Dakota and then to Philipsburg when Faye was 7. Later, as a young girl, she returned to North Dakota for a period of time to help on her grandparent's farm. She met John (Jack) Hoehne and they were married on October 3, 1952 in Anaconda. Faye worked as a clerk at Town Grocery and for Antler's Bowling Alley for many years. She was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church. She enjoyed camping, bowling and socializing with family and friends. In her later years she enjoyed having coffee time with her lady friends. Faye is survived by her children; Richard (Carrie) Hoehne, William Hoehne, John (Tomme Carlyon) Hoehne, all of Philipsburg, Gene (Trudy) Hoehne of Missoula, and Peggy (Stanley) Phillips of Kansas City, MO. Her brother; Leo Graham of Philipsburg, sisters; Ferne Ballard of Albany, Oregon and LaVerne McDonald of Missoula. Also her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Hoehne, grandson John Hoehne, and her brothers, Merv and Lyle Graham. A Celebration of Faye's life will be held on Thursday, May 15th at 2:00 pm at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church with interment following at Philipsburg Cemetery.
