Eugene "Gene" McDonald August 17, 1937 - December 23, 2018 Eugene was born on August 17, 1937 in Tacoma, Washington and passed away on December 23, 2018 at the age of 81. Eugene served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was an Ironworker by profession. He was an avid outdoorsman with a love for hunting, fishing and wildlife. During various hunting excursions to the beautiful State of Montana, he fell in love with the scenic beauty and especially the panoramic mountains of Philipsburg and decided to relocate there after retiring. Services will be held Sunday, January 27 at 11:00 AM at Saint Philips Catholic Church, Philipsburg, Montana.
