Edward "Ed" Charles Mellon

Edward “Ed” Charles Mellon passed away on January 5, 2021, in Dillon, Montana at 78 years old.  Ed was born in Anaconda, Montana on February 23, 1942.  He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Germaine Mellon; sister and brother-in-law, Brad and Betty Roeder; brother-in-law, Charles Houston; and nephew, Wayne Houston.  Ed loved watching The Price Is Right, Jeopardy, and Wheel of Fortune.  He is survived by his sisters, Irene Houston of Kalispell, Montana and Madeleine Mellon of Hamilton, Montana; his nephew, Jeff Houston and his wife, Janelle Houston, and their daughters and families Michelle Huff of Kila, Montana, and her daughter Haley Huff and her father Kenneth Huff of Kalispell, Montana, and Cynthia Thorsen and her husband Cliff Thorsen and their sons Rorik Thorsen and Matteus Thorsen of Kalispell, Montana; his nephew Blaine Roeder of El Pardo, New Mexico; his niece, Blythe German and her husband, Dennis German and her daughter Danielle Foster and her husband Barry Foster all of Barstow, California.  A graveside service will be held at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Anaconda.  Memorials may be sent to Kabich Group Home, 612 Highland Ave. Dillon, Montana 59725.
