Dolores Ann (Martin) May

Dolores Ann May passed away on Sunday, July 10th surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 5, 1934, in Greenleaf, Kansas to Flora and Daniel Martin. She moved to Anaconda, MT with her family when she was 8 years old. She was part of the first graduating class from Anaconda Central High School in 1952. On July 19th, 1956, she married the love of her life, Patrick Donald May, and they enjoyed 66 wonderful years together. They were blessed with five children. She was the best wife, mother, Nanny, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend. She was small but feisty, stubborn, disciplined, faithful, thoughtful, and caring. She loved to sit and visit with loved ones and friends and would have you laughing before long. Dolores loved her family and friends dearly and never forgot a special occasion or birthday. Her memory was one to be envied!

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Noel Martin, sister Regina Maguire, her son Marty May, and son-in-law Todd Berget.

She is survived by her husband Don, her children: Mark (Chris), Kevin, Donna, and Lisa. Her grandchildren: Peter (Brittany), Sammi (Travis), Shannon, Daniel, Meghan (Sam), Trista (Josh), Kody, and Kacie.

Her great-grandchildren: Natalie, Giovanni, Jessica, Kendalyn, Emersyn, Huntley, Fischer, Noah, and Kolter, plus numerous extended family.

Memorial service will be Sunday July 17th, at Holy Family Catholic Church. Visitation begins at 1:00. Funeral Service begins at 2:00. Graveside service immediately following.

In lieu of flowers the family requests you make donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Shodair Children’s Hospital.
