Alvaro "Al" L. Venturelli

Anaconda

Born October 4, 1943 in Italy to Antonio and Antonietta (Cosmini) Venturelli, Al was one of four boys. Al graduated from Central High School in 1961.  He married Sara Robinson in 1963 and together they had two girls, Tammy and Vicky. Al and Sara later divorced.

He worked at Don’s Sporting Goods and retired from the Montana State Prison. He enjoyed hunting, karate and going to competition shooting gun shows and going to Washington to spend time with his daughter Tammy, Paul and his three grandchildren.

He is survived by his brothers Tony, of Anaconda and Danny (Kellie), of Spokane, WA, daughters Tammy (Paul), of Washington and Vicky (Brent), of Anaconda, grandchildren Joshua, Katlyn and Kyle Lorello, niece Erin Venturelli and nephew Austin Venturelli.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Dario and ex-mother-in-law Betty Salyers.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service at the church.
