Following high school, Alice met and married her best friend Dick J. Richards in Dillon on December 21, 1954. After moving to Anaconda in 1970, Alice enjoyed working for J.C. Penney and Thrifty Drug Store. Alice became a member of various organizations including the PEO, Soroptimists, and the Daughters of Isabella. She was also a long time member of the Anaconda Catholic Community.
Retirement kept Alice busy. Her activities included, volunteering at the hospital, serving luncheons at the church, traveling with friends and family as well as taking care of other people. One of her favorite things to do was talk on the telephone.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dick, her grandson Dale, and her sisters Evelyn and Billie.
