Timothy Tracy Obituary
Timothy L. Tracy, Jr. (Picky) passed away on September 30, 2016 in Naperville, IL. Tim was the son of Timothy L. Tracy, Sr. and Charles and Margaret McLean.
Tim graduated from Anaconda Central High School in 1962 and Eastern Montana College in 1993. Tim enlisted in the U. S. Air Force from 1964 to 1971. In August of 1972, he married Marilyn Verlanic. They had two children Joshua and Lauren-Anne. Tim retired from the University of Colorado Health Science Center, Denver, CO in April 2014.
Tim is survived by his wife, Marilyn, daughter Lauren-Anne and grandson and son-in-law Cameron and Joey Delahoussaye. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters in law, Ret. Mjr. Gen'l Wm T. and Arlene McLean, Tracy and Mike McLean, Judge Ed and Sandy McLean; brothers in law and sister in law Loren Verlanic and Brian and Terry Verlanic, many dear nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and God children.
Tim was preceded in death by his son Joshua, his parents and in laws Elmo and Evelyn Verlanic, a brother and sister in law Charles and Bonnie McLean.
Pallbearers are nephews David, Ed, Brian, Jon McLean, Christopher Verlanic, and Joey Delahoussaye. The honorary pallbearer is Tim's 7-year-old grandson Cameron.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Josh Tracy Memorial Scholarship at Carroll College, 1601 Benton Ave., Helena, Montana 59601
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Longfellow Finnegan Riddle Funeral Home with the Vigil starting at 7:00 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church on Friday, October 7, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. with one hour of visitation prior to the service.
