Sharon Wyant Obituary

Sharon Ann (Frost) Wyant passed away from a long-time battle of COPD surrounded by family and friends on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at the Community Hospital of Anaconda. Sharon was born to Ernest Charles Frost and Pauline (Bessett) Frost on January 26, 1943, at the Saint Anne's Hospital in Anaconda, Montana. Sharon was baptized into the Catholic Church.

Sharon had lived in Seattle, Washington at the time of her mother's death. Sharon's father was unable to care for her and her young siblings and the family returned to Montana. From the age of five to twelve years old, Sharon lived at the Saint Mary's Academy and orphanage in Deer Lodge, Montana. Sharon was transferred and spent the remainder of her early teenage years residing at the Saint Anne's Orphanage in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Sharon returned back to Anaconda, Montana and met the love of her life, Jerry Joe Wyant. Jerry and Sharon were married in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and lived in tender matrimony for almost 60 years until her life's end. Sharon and Jerry raised their children and family in Anaconda, Montana.

Sharon was blessed with countless family members and friends. Sharon was known to possess a kind and gentle demeanor with a caring heart for anyone she had made an acquaintance with. Through the years, Sharon enjoyed socializing at the old "Nickel Annies' Casino". Sharon worked as a waitress at that New China Café and in the kitchen at the Galen Institution. During her times of relaxation, Sharon enjoyed crocheting, knitting and bead work. Sharon cherished her time reading the Holy Bible and loved feeding "her" birds.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Jerry Joe Wyant and her children: Weston Wyant, Debbie (Wyant) Mann, Sandy (Wyant) Barber, Ronnie Ervin, Yvonne (Wyant) Ouldhouse, Joseph Wyant and Christopher Wyant; her sister Arlene Miller; her grandchildren: Jason Wyant, Shane Wyant, Jeff Olhausen, Eric Barber, Ashgen Barber, Jennifer Huffmaster, Sarah Gonzales, Darwin Pitcher, Lonnie Ervin, AJ Ervin, Veronica Ouldhouse, Kristen Ouldhouse, Dawn Marie Ouldhouse, Felicia Moyer, Sarah Alysabeth Wyant, Ryan Wyant, Christian Wyant, Cameron Wyant, Ruby Santiago, Zachary Wyant, Carson Wyant, Lucy Wyant, Ashley Wyant, Brittny Wyant and Austin Wyant; special niece Trina Gilbert; and numerous great-grand kids, relatives and friends.
